Sliced prosciutto is characterized by its melt-in-your-mouth smoothness and the aroma that fills your senses.

To allow you to enjoy the true flavor, we slice it just before serving.

Please enjoy the delicious combination of ultra-thinly sliced, fluffy prosciutto and melted burrata cheese.

■ Setouchi-style carpaccio of aged fish from Ehime Prefecture with Sicilian lemon sauce

→When fish is aged, the proteins break down, which enhances its flavor.

The sauce is made with Sicilian lemons and Tuscan extra virgin olive oil, and finished with Grana Padano cheese.

■ Authentic charcoal-grilled bistecca of Ehime Akane Wagyu rump steak

→The lean meat of Akane Wagyu beef from this prefecture is a high-quality meat with a sweet flavor.

By slowly grilling it over charcoal, you can enjoy a soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture.

Served with Cypriot crystal salt and Tasmanian mustard.
