→This is the perfect bite after your toast! Enjoy the deliciousness of our sliced prosciutto!
■ French fries with pepper and cheese
→ We grate fresh Italian Grana Padano cheese and generously sprinkle it over piping hot potatoes! These fluffy potatoes are the ultimate snack.
■ Hunter-style Cacciatore with domestic chicken wings
→A traditional Italian dish, Cacciatore, simmered in white wine with plenty of Italian tomatoes and herbs.
I made this using meat from the back of a pig.
■ Japanese-style Genovese with chrysanthemum greens and perilla leaves
→ Spanish guanciale, Italian garlic, and locally grown chrysanthemum greens.
This dish is a fusion of ingredients from Ehime Prefecture and Italian cuisine.
■Choice of mini desserts
→Each person can choose their own dessert!
