This is a carefully prepared Italian course of six dishes, including the chef's signature Bolognese and bistecca, made with sweet and fatty pork from Ehime Prefecture and slowly grilled over charcoal.Starting with extremely thinly sliced prosciutto and ending with dessert, this course is reasonably priced and enjoyable until the very end.This plan allows you to enjoy a wide range of drinks to your heart's content, including Kirin Ichiban Shibori and 10 types of beer cocktails.
