We have prepared a course where you can enjoy fresh pasta, slowly cooked over charcoal, and Akane Wagyu beef from Ehime Prefecture.This plan allows you to enjoy a wide range of drinks to your heart's content, including Kirin Ichiban Shibori and 10 types of beer cocktails.For an additional 500 yen, you can also include craft beer in your all-you-can-drink plan.

■ Ultra-thin prosciutto
- Sliced prosciutto is characterized by its meltingly smooth texture and fragrant aroma.
To allow you to enjoy the original flavor, we slice it just before serving.
Be sure to try the fluffy, extremely thinly sliced prosciutto.
■ Carpaccio of aged fish from Ehime Prefecture
→By aging fish, the protein is broken down and the flavor is enhanced.

→The lean meat of the prefecture's Akane Wagyu beef is a high-quality meat with a sweet flavor.
By slowly grilling it over charcoal, you can enjoy its soft and melt-in-your-mouth texture.
