We have prepared a course where you can enjoy fresh pasta, slowly cooked over charcoal, and Akane Wagyu beef from Ehime Prefecture.This plan allows you to enjoy a wide range of drinks to your heart's content, including Kirin Ichiban Shibori and 10 types of beer cocktails.For an additional 700 yen, you can also include craft beer in your all-you-can-drink plan.

■ Ultra-thin prosciutto

- Sliced prosciutto is characterized by its meltingly smooth texture and fragrant aroma.

To allow you to enjoy the original flavor, we slice it just before serving.

Be sure to try the fluffy, extremely thinly sliced prosciutto.

■ Carpaccio of fresh fish from Ehime Prefecture

→By aging fish, the protein is broken down and the flavor is enhanced.

Please enjoy our slightly different carpaccio.

■ Caprese with fruit tomatoes and bocconcino

→Sweet fruit tomatoes from Ehime and fresh bocconcino with extra virgin olive oil from Tuscany.

■ Dry ribs

→The meat on the bone from the back of the chicken, the rare back rib, is steamed and deep-fried.

Enjoy it with your favorite sauce, pepper cheese, or whatever you like.

■ Fresh pasta Reginette with Akane Wagyu beef ragu sauce

→ Ruffled, chewy fresh pasta served with a delicious Akane Wagyu beef ragu sauce simmered in red wine.

■ Impadella made with fresh fish from Ehime Prefecture

→ Fresh locally caught seafood is carefully cooked and gently grilled in olive oil.

■ Charcoal-grilled bistecca made with Akane Wagyu beef from Ehime Prefecture

→The lean meat of the prefecture's Akane Wagyu beef is a high-quality meat with a sweet flavor.

By slowly grilling it over charcoal, you can enjoy its soft and melt-in-your-mouth texture.
