This is a carefully prepared Italian course of six dishes, including the chef's signature Bolognese and bistecca, made with sweet and fatty pork from Ehime Prefecture and slowly grilled over charcoal.From super thinly sliced fluffy prosciutto and the popular cheese fondue to dessert, this is a reasonably priced course that you can enjoy until the very end.This plan allows you to enjoy a wide range of drinks to your heart's content, including Kirin Ichiban Shibori and 10 types of beer cocktails.

■ Ultra-thin prosciutto

- Sliced prosciutto is characterized by its meltingly smooth texture and fragrant aroma.

To allow you to enjoy the original flavor, we slice it just before serving.

Be sure to try the fluffy, extremely thinly sliced prosciutto.

■ Caprese with fruit tomatoes and bocconcino

→Sweet fruit tomatoes from Ehime and fresh bocconcino with extra virgin olive oil from Tuscany.

■ Autumn flavors of cheese fondue

■ Bistecca made with sweet and fatty pork shoulder from Ehime Prefecture

→Sweet and tender pork raised on naked barley in Ehime.It has just the right amount of marbling, soft red meat, and fat that melts in your mouth - it's an addictively delicious dish.

■ Chef's proud pasta bolognese

→ Organic pasta made from 100% Italian durum semolina flour is served with a rich Bolognese sauce made with 100% domestic beef.
